UH hosts annual Department of Defense conference

UH researchers attending the UH-DoD Annual Conference found out how to tap into the more than $10 billion that the Defense Department invests in research annually and what opportunities exist within the department’s various arms. Benjamin P. Riley III, director of the DOD Rapid Reaction Technology Office, was the keynote speaker. The conference was held Nov 1-2, 2007, at the University of Houston Hilton.

The University of Houston's Division of Research, along with co-sponsors U.S. Air Force, U.S. Army and U.S. Navy ROTC, presented the 2nd annual Department of Defense-UH Research Conference.
