Dr. Johnsson is a Hugh Roy and Lillie Cranz Cullen Distinguished Professor of Computer Science, Mathematics and Electrical and Computer Engineering. He has been the Director of TLC2 since its inception and is the chairman of the Center's Faculty Advisory Council.
David Francis is a Hugh Roy and Lillie Cranz Cullen Distinguished Professor, the Chairman of the UH Psychology Department and Director of TIMES. In addition, Dr. Francis is the 2008 recipient of the Esther Farfel Award, the highest honor accorded to a University faculty member. Dr. Francis will concentrate on communications and developing relationships between centers, departments and individual faculty members throughout the University on behalf of TLC2.
Ms. Mendez oversees the day-to-day operations of the Center, in addition to helping with marketing and outreach efforts.

Robert Honeyman
Associate Director, Finance
Mr. Honeyman is a CPA and has many years of experience in dealing with grant administration. Mr. Honeyman has oversight for the TLC2 financial infrastructure.
