Earthquake data set
without 0 depth ones and a 5% sample of the data set. The other 4
files ending with "timeX" are earthquakes of the 5% samples divided
into 4 folds along the time. Each time span has 4182 examples.
The format of the "Time" field is defined as hhmmss.s. For example
230744.3 means the earthquake was observed at 23:07:44.3; the lading
0s are omitted, so 649.2 actually means 000649.2 => 00:06:49.2

The data set covers global earthquakes from 01/01/1976 to
12/31/2002.
