UH-DMML Ideas 2007 Event Dec. 1, 2006 at 4:20p in 346 PGH Members of our research group are invited to give 5-15 (15 minutes is a hard deadline) that present new ideas, topics, and research proposals for 2007. Possible presentation topics include: • Ideas/Topics concerning new papers you like to write • New research areas you believe should be investigated • Ideas on how to increase the funding of this research group • Ideas that benefit the research group as a whole (e.g. an approach to visualizing data mining results to reduce du-plication in software development) • Any other kinds of ideas are also welcome. Each group member is limited to at most two presentations, and presentations can be made by more than one student. Please e-mail presenter name, title and estimate length of the presentation to Rachsuda no later than Nov. 29, 2006, 9a.
