Paul Cirino brings an extensive background in neuropsychology to his role of research assistant professor with the University of Houston’s (UH) Psychology department as well as his work with the Texas Institute for Measurement, Evaluation and Statistics (TIMES), an affiliate of the Texas Learning and Computation Center (TLC2).

Through his work, Dr. Cirino contributes to the mission of TIMES (the Texas Institute for Measurement, Evaluation and Statistics), which aims to improve the behavioral, psychological, educational and developmental outcomes of children and adults through the development and application of advanced measurement, evaluation, and statistical research methods. He has been an invited speaker at psychology symposiums throughout the United States, and is a reviewer of several industry journals.

Mentor to a number of masters and Ph.D. students, Dr. Cirino holds a Ph.D. from the University of Houston, and a postdoctoral degree from Georgia State University. He is a member of the American Psychological Society, the International Neuropsychology Society, and a member of the Board of the Houston Neurological Society.
